An engaging new restaurant at Desert Pearl Inn for local residents and Zion visitors, 9 East is hosted by Executive Chef Michael Vitangeli and Tina Lee, Pastry Chef. 9 East will feature traditional and regional Italian/Mediterranean dishes along with brick-fired Neapolitan pizza. An in-house scratch bakery will present specialty cakes, fresh pastries, homemade ice creams, and assorted baked goods.

At the Festival they will be offering organic healthy food, vegan and vegetarian options including tacos, glory bowls (brown rice, spinach, vegetables, nuts) and baked goods. Iced coffee, tea, and lemonade will be available as well.
