Mountaintop Sound

Blending together a mix of Americana, Folk, and a hint of Grass. Mountaintop Sound is an eclectic blend of musicians showcasing their individual styles while communicating each other’s love for music. Based in Southern Utah but from all corners of the United States. Down to jam with anyone, and with love for collaborating and sharing music. They are comprised of Steven Swift, a 25-year touring veteran born in Roanoke, VA, and young musical pups April McPherson, Derek Wood (both California natives), and Grant Shimer by way of Illinois. With a unique range of locations and influences, they’re a band ready to reach music lovers of all ages.
