“Established as a non-profit in September 2011, Otter Play Early Learning Center was filling a void in the local communities of Springdale, Rockville, Virgin and commuters of surrounding communities of La Verkin, Hurricane, Mt. Carmel and Orderville. Up until this point there was no daycare or preschool facility for families living and working in and around Springdale Utah. The establishment of Otter Play Learning Center has provided families in the area and those commuting through Zion National Park to their work place, a daycare and preschool option that is more personal, convenient and beneficial for their children.”
